Our brands include, KB Seafood Co, Just Caught Frozen Seafood, KB's, and we have over 2,700 active products in the market.
About the Role:
Reporting to the WA State Sales Manager, the role will be primarily responsible for achieving set sales and profitability targets, developing solid business relationships with existing and new Foodservice customers, and promoting new products to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales opportunities through superior category, consumer & channel insights, and analysis
- Owning and driving margin growth up through both volume growth and focused channel plans.
- Managing the profitability, customer satisfaction and holistic wellbeing of each client and each channel.
- Ensuring all daily sales operations are performed within company guidelines and in accordance with KB best practices.
- Facilitating all customer service communication between FS and related KB support functions internally.
- Implementing and managing a customer engagement plan.
- Presenting NPD opportunities through the business and supporting new product launches.
- Continually reviewing the current plan and financial metrics ensuring financial year targets are met.
- Preparing and reporting on monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales against forecasted sales.
About You:
You will have a proven history of Sales/People and Account Management experience and your ability to achieve success will be evident.
Critical to your success will be your ability to develop a strong understanding of the customer, developing strong networks both internally and externally and your genuine ability to partner with the customer has always been a habit that drives your results and success.
You will have:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the Foodservice/FMCG industry.
- A thorough understanding of P&L management and sales reporting to ensure targets are met.
- Welldeveloped influencing style and ability to negotiate at all levels.
- Proven experience in developing insightbased customer plans.
- Strong communicator with excellent presentation and customer management skills
- Solid analytical skills, commercial acumen, planning capability and problemsolving ability
- Live the ethos of placing the customer at the front of everything we do.
- Collaborative style and ability to work effectively with people from all departments.
- Ability to manage change, multitask as well as work under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
- Results oriented approach, High attention to detail, selfmotivated, focused, and reliable.
- High Level of Computer Literary with advanced level of Microsoft Office knowledge.
