- Coordinate training sessions and workshops, ensuring its timely delivery and participation from attendees. Working closely with the internal Change Manager to facilitate the participation and schedule planned.
- Coordinate the development and the implementation of training programs for store staff, focusing on product knowledge, customer service, and new POS operational procedures by working with stakeholders in gathering information required to organise successful trainings.
- Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with the IT Business Partner and oversee stock levels across multiple stores, ensuring adequate inventory levels are maintained.
- Coordinate with new POS business partners to ensure timely delivery of stock and manage stock replenishment processes in conjunction with Stores IT team.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Collaborate with store managers to ensure stores are fully prepared for new POS rollout
- Conduct store readiness assessments for new back of house readiness for scanning into stock processes and address any issues proactively.
- Coordinate store setups, including signage, displays, and support materials.
- Serve as a central point of contact for training, stock, and store readiness-related matters.
- Communicate effectively with store staff, management, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare regular reports on training progress, stock levels, and store readiness metrics
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the training, stock management, and store readiness functions.
- Implement best practices and standards to enhance overall operations.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Change Management, Business, Training, ETC. advantageous.
- Prior practical experience and proficiency in organising and coordinating training sessions and workshops, particularly in a retail environment.
- Prior practical experience in overseeing stock levels and inventory management across multiple locations.
- Proficient operational skill using Excel and the broader MS Office stack.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
- Ability to prepare and present regular reports on key metrics such as training progress, stock levels, and store readiness.
- Capability to assess training effectiveness and provide constructive feedback.

The Client & Role:
We're currently working with a community-focused and retail based social enterprise that are looking to bring on a candidate with previous experience in overseeing retail stock levels and coordinating training sessions and workshops.
You'll have the opportunity to work across a broad business, interacting with Change, IT and the Project teams to ensure that everything is customer focused, accessible and efficient. This position is offered as a contract position with an initial end date for the end of October 2024, rates are on a daily basis with a budget up to $650 per day inclusive of super.
