Your New Opportunity:


A fantastic full time, permanent role has come up for a
Warranty Administrator to join our Service team based in our
Chipping Norton Branch.


In this role you will:


  • Be responsible for processing and administration of branch warranty claims
  • Manage the warranty claim progress, and provide reports on claim status
  • Liaise with the central warranty team to ensure matters are dealt with in a timely, efficient manner
  • Support the branch team with a professional approach to all warranty enquiries.

About you:


  • You have experience in a warranty admin role within a similar industry (dealership exp ideal)
  • Customer focussed with clear communication skills
  • Fantastic attention to detail with accurate data entry/processing skills
  • Ideally you'll have experience in Dealer Management Systems (IDS & ERA), but we can train you up on the job
