Your new opportunity:


The Regional Fixed Operations Manager is part of our national Dealer Capability team and supports Penske truck dealer parts and service teams in the Sydney and broader NSW region, focused on business development and customer support capability.

This role will be based at our Chipping Norton branch and will support dealers of Western Star, MAN and Dennis Eagle trucks.


The Regional Fixed Operations Manager role would suit a person with a Service or Parts Manager background, who is looking to develop and grow their career.


In this role you will:

  • Ensure parts and service capability for existing and future products with dealer teams in your region.
  • Work with dealers and the Dealer Capability team to develop and implement strategies and tactics to maximise dealer revenue and profitability from the Penske product portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key personnel within the dealer network and customers.
  • Implement Penske Dealer Standards into the dealers in conjunction with the Dealer Development Manager.
  • Support dealers in their operations by providing advice and expertise in parts requirements and stock levels as appropriate for their business and customer base.
  • Identify and promote opportunities for cross selling of Penske products and services.

About you:


  • Understanding of commercial heavy vehicle industry and dealer operations.
  • Strong customer focus and relationship management experience.
  • Strong organisational, communication and analytical skills.
  • Experience with dealer parts or service operations and processes.
  • Parts product knowledge and familiarity with the heavy vehicle industry.
  • Experience with commercial negotiation and customer engagement.
  • HR/HT licence is desirable.
  • You will need to be able to travel to visit dealers and customers, mainly within NSW.
