We are delighted to partner with this high-profile property developer (residential and commercial) recognised for its commitment to quality and excellence There is an opportunity for an experienced receptionist /administrative assistant to undertake a one-month temporary role providing support to the Centre Management Team.

Reporting to the Centre Manager responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • First point of Contact for all visitors to the centre
  • Liaise with agents and assists with queries.
  • Maintaining databases
  • Property administration including liaising with trades personnel.
  • Assist with social media and content creation.
  • Ad hoc duties as directed by management.
Demonstrated Key Competencies

  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to multitask
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office
  • Eagerness to learn a new industry
