We are delighted to partner with this high-profile property developer (residential and commercial) recognised for its commitment to quality and excellence There is an opportunity for an experienced receptionist /administrative assistant to undertake a one-month temporary role providing support to the Centre Management Team.
- First point of Contact for all visitors to the centre
- Liaise with agents and assists with queries.
- Maintaining databases
- Property administration including liaising with trades personnel.
- Assist with social media and content creation.
- Ad hoc duties as directed by management.
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Highly organised
- Ability to multitask
- Sound knowledge of MS Office
- Eagerness to learn a new industry
Please note this role is also available on a permanent basis.
