Our client is a high profile not for profit organisation providing a number of important lifesaving services across Australia and overseas.

An exciting opportunity is available for a talented individual to undertake the temporary part-time role of Contracts Administrator for a period of 3 months (may extend).


Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Develop and manage relationships with vendors and work closely with internal stakeholders to support the Building Services Manager on Maintenance Contracts
  • Ensure vendors meet key performance indicators and including documentation preparation including scope specific requirements, tender evaluations, other contract administration activities and conduct regular market analysis using quantitative skills to track market trends.
  • Work with key external suppliers and across the business with varied internal customers.
  • Negotiate, and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the procurement and implementation of services.
  • Actively drive contract consolidation where possible through a national procurement process.
  • Prepare Sourcing Strategy and tender requirement documentation.
  • Negotiate, facilitate, administrate, implement, analyse, and prepare all contract types.
  • Support a technical team onsite.

Demonstrated key competencies/qualifications.

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar national contract management role with a minimum of two years' experience.
  • Negotiating with stakeholders externally and across all divisions to develop solutions and secure agreements required for facilities maintenance activities and timelines.
  • The ability to negotiate the requirements of multiple stakeholders to build collaborative relationships, develop internal networks and deliver business facing communications to broad variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in reviewing, gathering, collating, analysing and presenting data and detail reports, correspondence and other information for management.
  • Ability to manage technical contracts and contract scope.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sound working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • An understanding of organisational change and the ability to communicate the impacts of program change to Internal and External stakeholders.
  • Lean Practitioner accreditation or Lean related experience.
  • An understanding of the regulatory requirements associated with the Code of Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP).
This temp role is available for an immediate start offering an excellent hourly rate
