This privately-owned company within the commercial property sector are committed to providing a professional and positive image.
With corporate offices based in the heart of the CBD, they are currently seeking a strong administration assistant to join their team to manage the day-to-day administration of the retail leasing team.
about the role
This is a diverse role with responsibilities that will see you supporting the Leasing Executives with their administration requirements working closely with the Retail Portfolio Manager
Duties will include:
- Managing incoming calls
- Meeting & greeting visitors
- Preparing correspondence and collating reports
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings and conference calls
- Providing firsthand support to the Leasing Executive Team
- Preparation of Lease documentation e.g.; Letter of Offer, Disclosure Statements and tenant correspondence
- Assisting with tenant enquiries
- Travel Coordination
- Other administrative support
about you
- Professionally presented and spoken
- Organised with the ability to simultaneously juggle multiple responsibilities
- Enthusiastic with a great attitude and willingness to learn
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills,
- Previous retail leasing administration experience high advantageous
- Exposure to MRI software will be advantageous however not essential
