Our Deals Modelling team designs and delivers financial models tailored to transactions.
Our team is supported by a unique analytical toolkit, which we combine with the latest modelling technology and industry expertise.
Using our established methodology, we design and build robust, transparent and flexible models that consider all commercial and financial drivers to support acquisitions, refinancing, joint ventures & carve-outs, to name a few.

You'll use your skills in data analytics and financial modelling to make an impact across various industries. And along the way, you'll build relationships and skills to set you up for a lifetime of success.What will a normal day look like? Well you can count on that every day you will:
- Maximise your analytical and modelling capabilities with access to amazing team mentors who create centres of modelling excellence within organisations
- Assist in the design and delivery of financial models and analytical solutions tailored to our client needs both in a Deal and nonDeal context, to provide robustness to business critical decisions; for example, supporting CFO decisions, providing operational and strategic BI, enhancing M&A transactions, supporting capital raises and providing model review
- Continuously learn and develop within a dynamic environment, bringing yourself to work and your unique perspectives to innovate the way we work
- Studying STEM, Commerce, Finance or Accounting
- An interest of commercial issues facing businesses
- An interest in developing skills in Python, Power BI, Alteryx or Power Pivot an advantage
Anticipated start dates vary based on the cohort:
- Cohort 1: 25 Nov Dec 202
- Cohort 2: 13 Jan Feb 202
- Cohort 3: 25 Nov Feb 2025

If you're successful in joining our Deals business as a Graduate you will join a specialised Graduate program called Edge.
It features a blend of international development opportunities, rotations in a number of Deals business units (some of these may be international), online regular professional and technical learning and the opportunity to complete a professional qualification.
Edge Asia Pacific was launched in FY20 with 7 participating Asia Pacific territories: Australia, China, Japan, Korea, New Zealand, Singapore, and Taiwan.
