About Us


Using your skills in economic analysis, problem-solving and written and verbal communication, you'll work within the Energy Transition Strategy & Economics team to deliver solutions to our clients' strategic business and regulatory issues.

This will include the opportunity to work with energy networks and utility businesses as they navigate Australia's complex and dynamic energy transition and adjacent sectors such as hydrogen, carbon, and waste.

Working with like-minded individuals, you'll assess the impact of the policy change and regulatory concepts and develop strategies and approaches to successfully support our clients in navigating the energy transition.

You will have a strategic mindset and thrive on finding innovative solutions to complex issues.

As part of the Economics and Strategy team, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse clients, developing a solid skillset and a deep understanding of economic policy and regulation in the energy sector.


About the Opportunity

In the Energy Transition Strategy & Economics team, you'll find yourself in a culture that values wellbeing and working together.

You'll solve problems like assisting in the diligence processes or providing strategic advice on current energy trends. You'll use your skills in problem-solving, economic analysis, and report writing to make an impact across various industries. Along the way, you'll build relationships and skills to set you up for a lifetime of success.

What will a normal day look like? Well, you can count on that every day you will:

  • Assess emerging technologies, new entrants and industry trends and understand how these affect market structures
  • Manage multiple projects and collaborate with specialists across a range of disciplines (such as legal, tax and finance) to deliver an integrated advisory approach for our clients
  • Contribute to the design and production of proposals, presentations and investment papers for our clients
As a graduate in Energy Transition Strategy & Economics, the top three skills you'll need to hit the ground running are:

  • A degree in Commerce, Economics or Law (preferred)
  • An interest in Energy Transition, Economics and Regulation
  • Strong written and verbal communication
