We operate nationally with approximately 3,500 staff in over 90+ sites across Australia. We are focused on reducing the carbon emissions of our business, while also enabling the reduction of carbon emissions in the broader supply chain to support the National targets.
About the role
Exciting opportunity to jump in and truly understand the 'day of operations' within Pacific National. In this casual position you will learn how to develop rosters and assign crew to align with requirements. You will have exposure to learn how to interpret enterprise agreements and assign crew based on skill level and availability whilst meeting our strict safety and fatigue guidelines.
This position is a fast-paced deadline driven role that plays an integral part in ensuring our teams deliver what matters to our customers
*Note: you will be required to work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
