Are you a recent bachelor degree graduate in the fields of Business / Information Systems, IT, Finance / Accounting etc.? Do you love supporting customers? If you have been thinking about entering a career in technology and accounting this might be the role for you.

An IT Software house specialising in the development of Accounting software has an opportunity for a
Graduate Support Consultant to join their small but dynamic team.

Supporting clients on the use of the software on a day to day basis.
Demonstrating functionality of the software to clients.
Troubleshooting any issues clients are experiencing.
Identifying client business requirements and communicating them to the development team.

In order to be successful in this role, you will ideally have some
accounting and business software knowledge, or work experience as a bookkeeper.

Training will be given on the organisation's product, but any understanding of accounting software products such as Xero, MYOB etc.

will be highly beneficial as well as an understanding of
insolvency or restructuring.
You will be a motivated self-starter who thrives on working autonomously and have exceptional communication and presentation skills. Finally, an appreciation and dedication to ensuring customers receive an exceptional service will hold you in good stead.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will be part of a close knit, family friendly team who will provide you with ongoing support and assistance.

You will also receive an excellent salary package, comprising of a base salary, superannuation, training.

$55, $65,000.00 per year
