- Project Coordination
Key Accountabilities
- Provide a range of project management and coordination activities, including maintaining project documentation and monitoring project plans, to ensure project outcomes are achieved on time and within agreed scope, in line with established agency project management methodology.
- Ensure accessibility of quality information and contribute to the achievement of project outcomes.
- Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups, committees and consultations to facilitate exchange of information and support project completion in line with project plans.
- Compile data and identify emerging issues to track and report on project progress against established milestones and deliverables.
Key Requirements
- Solid procurement experience.
- Experience in process improvement.
- Experience in handling more than 1 project at a time.
- Ability to coordinate projects within specific timelines.
- Ability to use Microsoft Team, Team Works (internal software), Excel not an expert but should be literate.
