Are you an experienced property manager looking for an exciting new opportunity?

Our client, located in Cranbourne, Melbourne, is looking for a go-getter with a positive attitude to join their team as a Property Manager.

They are a small and friendly team of around 15 people with a great office culture, including fun and collaborative end-of-quarter social events.

Our office uses Our Property and Inspect Real Estate software for streamlined and efficient management.

As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio with full support for administrative duties. Unlike other property management roles, there will be no routine inspections or condition reports required. You will also be trained on the portfolio and handed over by the previous Property Manager when starting.
