Capture highquality images and videos of nail designs, products, and salon experiences.

Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies aligned with business objectives.
Stay informed about competitor activities and industry trends to inform content creation.
Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting and scheduling of social media content.
Write compelling and engaging captions and copy that align with the brand's voice.
Collaborate with nail technicians and staff to showcase their work and promote team collaboration.
Keep abreast of social media platform updates, algorithm changes, and new features.
Monitor and respond to customer enquiries and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Stay informed about relevant industry events, promotions, and campaigns to leverage for content creation.
Continuously explore new creative approaches and ideas to elevate the nail salon's social media presence.
