Our client is a leading international bank know for its principles-led approach to delivering leading performance, and creating value for their clients and communities.
Working in their Sydney Office, you will be responsible for the end to end processing of their Australian payroll of 200 salaried employees.
Whats on offer:
Blended Payroll / HR Business Partner role - ownership to the end to end payroll and processing for the next 9 months and assist with the outsourcing in early 2024, once complete be able to manage the payroll outsourcer and take on a HR focused role.
- $750/day- Rate

Your background and experience will need to include:
MicrOpay experience including general ledger module experience- Solid experience with award interpretation (ideally BFI Award)
- Own the endtoend monthly payroll process
- Setup new starters in the relevant HR and payroll systems
- Monitor compliance to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing
- Prepare payroll reports and analyse
- Calculate payroll tax and other deductions
- Ensure superannuation payments are made on time
Experience required:
- 510 years' experience in payroll processing
- Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Blended HR and Payroll experience is highly desirable
