This Government agency is seeking an experienced UX Designer to provide guidance in the use of human-centred design to assist with translating business and technical requirement into user friendly, services and solutions.

Responsibilities

Coordinate UX consistency across interaction models
Maintain and provide quality gateway reviews on development team
Review interface screens and functionality on the Salesforce Lightning platform
Conduct user research and testing sessions
Define and document UX principles

Essential skills:

Min 5 years of experience with UX Design
Demonstrated experience to usercentred design for business enterpriselevel digital projects
Experience with requirements gathering, design, research, interviews and surveys
Ability to run workshops and with business and technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of Salesforce is desirable.
