Your new role


Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technology Management and Governance, the Technology Management Lead is a key member of Australian Super's Technology team.

The role is responsible for managing and continuously improving Executive and Management reporting, key governance forums and technology communications and management.


Some of your duties will include:

  • Design, continuously mature and deliver Executive reporting to Board, Board sub-committees and Executive Committee
  • Manage and continuously improve Technology Services leadership governance forums
  • Drive uplift in management reporting to improve conformance, analytics and insights
  • Manage and continuously improve technology reporting (papers and dashboards) to Board and Committee
  • Provide analysis and insights to the performance of the technology department and Fundwide technology by analysis and interpreting metrics and data.
  • Develop and maintain an efficient approach towards technology communications front door to foster engagement with the intended audience

What you'll need

  • Proven experience in governance, business planning, resource management or similar roles
  • Experience in engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
  • Experience in executive reporting and financial management
  • Experience in managing and maintaining governance functions
  • Experience with P&Ls, financial models, budgets and BI tools
  • A critical thinker with strong analytical and problemsolving skills
