The purpose of this role is to lead revenue generation efforts through Australian distribution partners within our APAC Sales & Distribution team.

With a focus on executing customer-led strategies, managing client profitability, and orchestrating multifunctional relationship frameworks, the role aims to optimize profitability and sustainability of agency distribution partnerships while ensuring Cover-More maintains a competitive advantage in the market.

Develop, define, and deliver strategic direction aligned with business and distribution partners.
Managing partners in our banking and insurance/ finance space
Identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities for sustainable growth.
Take responsibility for achieving revenue goals and improving bottom-line results.
Lead change and innovation processes to drive transformation.
Communicate and manage stakeholder expectations regarding sales performance.
Leverage resources to differentiate offerings and maximize performance.
Utilize feedback mechanisms to identify areas for improvement.
Make timely decisions to optimize performance.
Develop effective incentive frameworks to drive alignment and performance.
Take ownership of B2B solutions and technology for sustainable growth.
Maximize cross-selling opportunities.
Understand the competitive environment for market relevance.

Demonstrated experience and expertise in the banking and insurance industries, with a deep understanding of their unique dynamics, regulations, and market trends.

Proven track record of success in driving sales and revenue growth within the banking and insurance sectors, with a strong network of contacts and relationships in these industries.

Proven ability to initiate and manage change in a complex business environment.
Deep understanding of business and industry to align strategic plans effectively.
Advanced financial literacy for maximizing financial performance.
Strong grasp of market dynamics, competitor behaviour, and emerging trends.
Track record in identifying and executing commercial opportunities for profit.
Experience in developing and managing SLAs with stakeholders.
Effective delegation, negotiation, and task management abilities.
Knowledgeable in assessing customer satisfaction and business performance.
Intricate understanding of the Australian travel and insurance industries.
Advanced capability in strategy development and planning.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Highly developed negotiation skills for setting priorities.
5 years of sales or account management experience.
Experience leading medium/large sales teams.
Familiarity with financial or travel product distribution in a sophisticated B2B environment.
