You'll drive alignment of the corporate strategy to business unit, customer experience, and sustainability strategies
You'll manage strategic governance, including development, planning, and reporting to Executive and Board audiences
You'll own the global Project & Program Delivery Framework, ensuring the capability is matured and optimised to drive quality and transparency in project delivery
You'll be responsible for leading and acting as a key member on strategic projects across the Group, including M&A assessment and entity divestment
You'll manage, support, and allocate team resources across strategy, transformation, and operations projects in-line with Group prioritisation
You'll lead the development of non-financial management reporting for Cover-More Board and Zurich Group engagement
You'll establish and coordinate Cover-More Executive management rhythms, including strategic planning sessions and business reviews
You'll provide oversight of the Group internal and external communications agenda, including brand strategy, internal communications agenda, management of emerging and sensitive reputational issues, and implementation of brand and communication guidelines and policies

And what are we looking for?

You'll have proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing strategic delivery or project management, preferably in a complex global organisation
You'll have experience developing and delivering enterprise-wide business planning, reporting and analysis frameworks to support long-term strategic outcomes in a variety of high profile, complex environments
You'll have experience overseeing high profile digital and technological transformation initiatives
You'll bring a strategic mindset with a focus on innovation, agility, and driving results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
You'll have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
You'll have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organisation
You'll have experience leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, and empowering individuals to achieve their full potential
Global experience within consulting, technology, retail or fintech would be advantageous
