As a Change Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving successful organisational change initiatives.

As part of the Enterprise Change Practice, you will be responsible to develop and execute Change Management, Engagement and Communications plans in support of a large-scale technology initiative.


Working closely with the project and delivery teams, you will tailor plans to address the unique needs and challenges faced by employees and the business during change.

You will also contribute to enhancing our Enterprise Change Community and fostering the successful adoption of new ways of working in a hybrid world.


You will also collaborate with business owners, process SMEs, and other stakeholders to review the current state against proposed future state processes and systems.

Additionally, you will review how stakeholders are adopting new technology and develop strategies to increase usage.


Your Responsibilities- Creation of the change strategy and plans in partnership with the overall business strategy.- Develop and execute change management, communication and learning plans.- This is complex change environment where you can be heavily involved in the design and implementation of change working with senior stakeholders across the Bank.- Execution of appropriate activities to maximise adoption of the change.- Excellence in your presentation, communication and delivery of learning solutions is critical.

Your Background- The program is technology driven therefore prior experience on a large-scale technology project would be highly advantageous.

Project and people engagement related change experience, ideally around 5 years- Experience leading teams in digital environments, knowledge, and exposure to agile ways of working is highly desirable.- A change professional who Identifies and analyses problems using a logical, systematic, sequential approach; weighs relevance and accuracy of information; seeks/generates and evaluates alternative perspectives/solutions.- Experience working with senior stakeholders, operating at a high level of communication.
