Our Opportunity
To support our ongoing growth, our Galintel team are seeking a Store Person/Forklift Driver to join the team. This position is a full-time permanent opportunity based in Derrimut, VIC.

Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:

Operate a forklift for pick and pack
Sorting and distributing incoming stock
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with specifications, standards, and guidelines
Maintain shelf location for goods using in house software
Stacking pallets
Moving goods around the warehouse
Assist the Trade Assistants as required
Manage inventory (cycle counts quarterly, and ensure that part numbers are relevant and maintained in stock location in the store)
General warehouse duties

The Right Person
To be considered for this opportunity, the right person will have:

Formal training, i.e. Cert III in Warehouse Operations (or similar) would be well regarded but not essential
Previous stores experience within mining, manufacturing, or materials handling organisation,
Rights to work in Australia
Forklift licencey
