Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the technology strategy for our ASXlisted financial services company.
Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure code quality, best practices, and efficient delivery of projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology opportunities and implement solutions that drive business growth.
Ensure the stability and security of our technology infrastructure and operations.
Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
Lead the development and maintenance of a technology roadmap that aligns with the organization's longterm vision.
Manage technology budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, preferably in the financial services industry.
Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of developers.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
Indepth knowledge of Azurebased software architectures, infrastructure, and IT operations.
Experience with modern development practices, including serverless architectures, microservices, and cloud computing.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
