MAYDAY are excited to be recruiting a Client Service Officer for a reputable insurance company based in the CBD.

This role will be pivotal to assist in providing essential customer support to a loyal client base. This role will sky rocket your insurance career with many progression opportunities and development on offer.

What you will be doing?

  • Handle all inbound calls providing exceptional customer service, addressing any complaints or general enquiries
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide a consultative approach while problem solving to find a resolution which works for both the business and the customer
  • Striving to meet and exceed all KPI's with consistent customer service

What experience are we looking for?

  • Phone based customer service experience essential
  • An insurance background is advantageous
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
