- Part Time Position: Either 3 or 4 days
The company
This is your chance to work for a national property company who pride themselves on being in the top echelon of not just real estate but in business.
They have seen a significant increase in their business which has allowed them to expand further into new markets nationally and internationally.
The role
Currently experiencing a phenomenal amount of growth within their business, this has led to a vacancy for a Pop-Up Leasing Executive to join their high-achieving team, on a Part-Time basis of 3-4 days per week.
Day to day this role will include:

Business Development: identifying opportunities to grow leasing revenue for short term tenants

Negotiate Leases:both new and renewals

Financial Processing & Reporting: maintain and update reports, regarding key accounts and deadlines

Stakeholder Management:developing strong client relations, and liaising with relevant stakeholders.

Marketing Collateral:develop material to attract tenants
-
Track trends in the market & conduct regular reviews
Skills & experience
To be considered for this role you will ideally have:
- A proven track record in Leasing or Sales within the property industry
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- The ability to close deals
- The ability to build professional & mutually beneficial relationships with clients
