What You Will Do:

Oversee a neat portfolio of roughly 140 properties to start, ensuring high standards of management and client satisfaction.
Nurture landlord and tenant relationships, providing outstanding customer service and resolving queries promptly.
Utilize your expertise to handle leasing, inspections, and property maintenance, optimizing occupancy rates and rental yields.
Collaborate with a dedicated team to achieve collective success and maintain our agency's reputation for excellence.

What We're Looking For:

Must have property Management Experience
Must have a current COR, Car & Licence
Excellent communication skills
Be a motivated and driven individual
Strong communication skills and a customercentric approach to building lasting relationships.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fastpaced, everevolving environment.
A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and problemsolving abilities.
