What's on offer?:

As a Customer Experience Associates you will be responsible for inbound and outbound calls, administrative and customer task support to enable the Customer Experience Coordinators to manage an awesome Customer Experience.

You will be provided with training, development and an opportunity to own your career.

The role involves:

Proactive calls to customers
Updating and logging customer file notes
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement
Support for the Customer Experience Coordinators with admin
