The role
Civica Justice Services are currently looking for a part time Learning and Capability Specialist to join their team.

This role is a dynamic and creative role that designs and delivers engaging and professional training that satisfies defined learning outcomes for our employees and business.

The role is strongly customer focused.

Your skills and experience

  • Proven experience working in a high pressure, dynamic work environment
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Degree in Education or Human Resources or minimum 2 years' experience in a training role (preferably in a contact centre or customer service)
  • Demonstrated experience of developing others through training, coaching and / or mentoring
  • Passionate problem solver who is looking to continuously improve, i.e. ability to review and implement improvements to training content to meet identified needs and business requirements
  • Experience in developing facilitator guides, participant workbooks and designing engaging learning activities
  • A high level of accountability
  • Demonstratable strong people engagement, with ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
  • Outstanding time management, prioritising, multitasking and organisation skills.
  • Highly motivated with a commitment to selfdevelopment and customer satisfaction.
  • Fluent in English with a high level of written and verbal communication accuracy
