Unlock Your Career Potential as a Senior Land Manager with our client, the development arm of a Renewable Energy Investment Firm. Established affiliates in the UK and the US.

Role Description:

As the Senior Land Manager in Australia, you will play a vital role in a highly skilled team supporting the group's renewable investments from a land access view.

You will be part of new project origination and land strategy.

You will be responsible for commercial and project land security for a range of renewable energy projects via landholder engagement, agreement negotiation and relationship maintenance.

Must have:

3 years in a similar role
Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
Current Driver's License and willingness to travel as needed

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

Experience with GIS systems
Understanding of local community dynamics, with the ability to engage and negotiate effectively with landowners and other stakeholders
Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining client relationships
Tertiary qualifications (or similar) in a relevant field such as real estate, project development, project management, law or agronomy
