Description
My client is a leading provider of pump solutions for the underground mining industry and are looking for a motivated and experienced Fitter to join their team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on pump systems
- Rebuilding and refurbishing pumps to meet the needs of our clients.
- Adhering to safety procedures and guidelines
- Keeping accurate records and documentation of work performed
- A fitter turner or machinist trade background
- 23 years or more experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
