    Description

    An exciting opportunity to be a part of our IP-IMO Portfolio as a Portfolio Schedule Lead, responsible for the schedule performance of the Infrastructure Portfolio Controls Team. This role plays a crucial part in the success of the portfolio by ensuring effective schedule management across Sydney Water's Infrastructure functions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and oversee portfolio control functions for optimal performance.
    • Implement schedule management strategy to support strategic objectives.
    • Create portfolio interdependency schedule to align with project benefits and delivery strategy.
    • Maintain Power BI Dashboards with reliable data for project updates.
    • Produce performance reports to track portfolio progress.
    • Improve processes for enhanced infrastructure project outcomes.

    Experience and Qualifications:

    • Tertiary qualifications in relevant disciplines or equivalent experience.
    • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, and PowerBI.
    • Knowledge of property portfolio asset management and stakeholder engagement.
    • Experience in water infrastructure design and property management.
    • Commercial acumen in business cases and agreements.
