- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Issue candidate offers including accurate employment contract generation.
- Schedule and coordinate all required pre-employment checks, reference checks and ability assessments.
- Case manage onboarding of new employees including engaging with employee, manager.
- Effectively administer workflow inboxes across internal and external stakeholder groups.
- Suggest and participate in recruitment improvement projects or other ad hoc duties as required.
- Assist the team with priority work as well as other ad-hoc duties
- Previous knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices – desirable.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Intermediate skills in using Microsoft Products such as Outlook, Word and Excel.

Karlka Recruiting Group has partnered with a State Government Agency to engage an Talent Acquistion Coordinator.This position is located in their busy Parramatta office for an initial 3-month contract.
About the Position
Working closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners and Sourcing teams, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides proactive administrative support and effectively manages the coordination of end-to-end recruitment. The talent coordinator also provides a positive and streamlined candidate experience throughout the recruitment process adhering to all pre-employment and onboarding policies.
