About the Role

Daytoday responsibilities include:
Working with deals teams to deliver contract documents, RFP's, Head Agreements, SOW's and work packages
Managing frontend negotiations
Contract drafting
Managing existing contracts
Managing new header agreements
Contributing to and/or managing the contract ideation stage, negotiation, implementation, and contract execution

Requirements:

26 years' experience in contract management
Must have experience in frontend negotiations, contract drafting and delivery
Previous experience in Technology and/or Telecommunications contract management is highly advantageous
Financial understanding/background is highly desirable
Understanding of the bid process is highly desirable
Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship management skills
