    Fleet Sales Manager

    INEOS Automotive – Grenadier – Built On Purpose

    Since the announcement of Project Grenadier in 2017, the team at INEOS Automotive has experienced remarkable growth.     Job Description:
    The success of Grenadier in the Fleet Sales arena plays a vital role in the brand's local and global success. Establishing credibility within the fleet sector will positively impact retail sales, underscoring the essential relationship between retail and fleet sales.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and expand the Fleet Sales division for Grenadier
    • Utilize existing and new contacts to penetrate the commercial fleet market
    • Create a comprehensive global business plan to demonstrate Grenadier's credibility and versatility in the fleet sector
    • Engage with fleet clients to grasp their needs and explore how Grenadier's engineering excellence can be tailored to their specific requirements
    • Act as the primary contact within Network Development, Sales, and Marketing to ensure fleet clients receive adequate support within the global sales and after-sales network of INEOS Automotive
    • Handle tenders with long timelines to successful completion

    Qualifications for Fleet Sales Manager:

    • Prior experience in the automotive industry with a proven track record of securing multimillion tenders
    • Demonstrated understanding of product and engineering principles, balancing commercial needs with manufacturing implications
    • Strong networking skills are a must
    • Strategic thinking abilities to process vast amounts of data and make informed decisions
    • Passion for innovation and exploring new ideas to simplify intricate concepts
    • Capability to deliver formal and informal client training sessions
    • Outstanding communication skills in both in-person and online interactions
