Located in the heart of St George, providing a dynamic edge in offering access to the most sought-after & high end properties in the region.
This is a position for a hard-working, highly organised individual who has their sights firmly set on a long term career in the Real Estate industry.
With no two days the same, you will be supporting a sales team for 10 agents.
Your day to day duties will include:
- Coordination of all marketing and properties listed for sale
- Agent Brand & Personal Marketing
- Exchange & Settlements
- Prepare marketing material & Prelisting kits
- Website Management
- Liaison with solicitors, contracts for sales
- Bossing the sales agents to ensure all paperwork is signed & complete
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous experience in Real Estate
- essential
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Immaculate presentation
- Doesn't take themselves too seriously & likes to have a laugh at work
