AP Officer - Consumer Goods - North Sydney

The Company
Our client is a consumer goods business with a range of well-known, attractive household brands. They experienced exponential growth last year which is set to continue in 2024. They have offices in North Sydney and possess a collaborative and upbeat office culture.

This is an excellent temp to perm opportunity to learn within a stable and successful business you'll be proud to say you work for.

The role will initially be 5 days in the office during the training phase with some added flexibility to work from home 2 days per week once you are working independently.

The Role
This is a broad temporary opportunity to work within a supportive finance team in the AP function

Responsibilities will include:

Processing invoices
Liaising with suppliers
Managing the accounts payable inbox
Reconciliations and supporting monthend duties

Your Background
To be considered for this Accounts Payable Officer position, you will ideally meet the majority of the following criteria:

Possess at least 3 years of experience in a full-function AP role
Happy to work in North Sydney
Be immediately available or on a short notice period to start working with our client
Have excellent communication skills
