Bookkeeper - Professional Services - North Sydney

The Client

Our client is a well-recognised, professional services company known for their amazing workplace culture and continued growth.

Originating in Australia, their path of success has made them recognised from all over, and are now experiencing a period of growth, seeking a talented Bookkeeper to support them through to year-end and potentially longer term.

The Role

Your role as a Bookkeeper is a full-function standalone opportunity, working closely with other non-finance stakeholders in the business.


You will be responsible for:

  • Onboarding new clients into system
  • Endtoend Bookkeeping
  • Payroll (low volume)
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Weekly and monthly reconciliations
Your Background

To be considered for this Bookkeeping position, you will have the following skills and attributes:

  • Available immediately
  • Strong end to end Bookkeeping experience (4 years minimum)
  • Handled bookkeeping for multiple clients
  • Xero system experience
  • Extreme attention to detail able to handle complex processes
  • Intermediate Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables)
