    Description

    Our client is a growing manufacturer of Water Management solutions used in the Plumbing & Civil/Construction space. As an innovator of sustainable water management that will protect the environment, and over 60 years of business in their field, their products are sold in over 80 countries worldwide.

    Internal Sales Representative role.
    This is new position created due to ongoing expansion of the organisation. Responsibilities include the following;

    • Research and identify new leads/customers for water management solutions.
      Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns.
      Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical support on solutions.
      Provide product information, answer queries, and address concerns.
      Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
    • Process sales orders promptly and accurately.
    • Ensure proper documentation for all orders.
    • Coordinate with the production and operations teams to track deliveries.
    • Monitor order status and provide timely updates to clients.
    • Provide support to the external sales team when necessary.


    What are we looking for?

    As the suitable candidate you will have the following skills/experience;

    • Sales/Internal sales experience previously.
    • Plumbing/Civil/Construction industry experience with the ability to interpret plans and provide technical support to clients.
    • Be comfortable within a busy, fast paced role that requires proactivity.
    • Enthusiastic, hardworking approach, with drive to make sales and achieve targets.
    • Confidence in dealing with lots of different clients, handling complaints or dealing with issues or concerns.


    What is on offer?

    • A very competitive base salary of 80-90k (dependant on experience)
