About you


We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales/ Customer Service professional to join our thriving and successful business based in North Melbourne.

You will be an integral part of a highly successful team who provides end to end solutions to our premium customers.

Teamwork is a cornerstone of this branch, and we are seeking a can-do attitude to further enhance our existing progressive team.

Skills and Experiences:


To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Ability to develop strong customer relationships
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to achieve results, contributing to the team
  • Experience within a fastpaced customer service environment
  • Exposure with liaising and assisting Account Managers on customer requests and enquiries
  • Ability to manage customer enquiries both over the phone and counter
  • Proficient computer skills, focusing on attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a busy office environment.
  • Knowledge or experience in either Locksmith/ Electronic Security or Hardware industries would be beneficial.
