About you

We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales/ Customer Service professional to join our thriving and successful business based in North Melbourne.

You will be an integral part of a highly successful team who provides end to end solutions to our premium customers.

Teamwork is a cornerstone of this branch, and we are seeking a can-do attitude to further enhance our existing progressive team.

Skills and Experiences:

To be successful in this role you will have:

Ability to develop strong customer relationships
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to achieve results, contributing to the team
Experience within a fastpaced customer service environment
Exposure with liaising and assisting Account Managers on customer requests and enquiries
Ability to manage customer enquiries both over the phone and counter
Proficient computer skills, focusing on attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team in a busy office environment.
Knowledge or experience in either Locksmith/ Electronic Security or Hardware industries would be beneficial.
