    Aboutthe role

    We arecurrently seeking an intermediate to senior legal secretary to joinour Corporate team based in our Sydney office. This rolepresents a fantastic opportunity to join a growing practice and beinvolved in interesting work within a vibrant, collaborative andfriendly environment.

    Reporting toa partner and supporting a team, this role will provide high touchsecretarial support to the practice.

    Whatdoes the role involve?

  • Administrative support to partners and fee earners in the practice;
  • Managing the client lifecycle from opening new matters to completion;
  • Completing and overseeing the monthly billing process
  • Preparation of client correspondence and reports; and
  • Assisting with general client queries.

    • Aboutyou

    The idealcandidate will have 3 - 5 years' experience supporting a partner inall facets of their practice area, preferably within a medium tolarge sized firm.

    To besuccessful in this role you will be a self-starter who worksefficiently, uses your initiative and has exemplary attention todetail. You are highly organised and proactive in yourapproach to tasks and take a genuine interest in the work performedby the practice.

    StrongMicrosoft Office skills are essential, as are excellentcommunication skills. You will be capable of using automatedbilling systems and client relationship management software (Elite3E and InterAction is what we use).
