Coordinate and evaluate a large portfolio of insurance-based enquiries and claims in the high-profile government department.

Using your previous finance and accounts management systems knowledge, you will be responsible for coordinating the management of assets and resources replacement in insurance matters.


Role requirements:


  • Analyse and process claim documents and enquiries in line with business processes.
  • Manage the timely and effective requisition of replacement and repairs to departmental assets.
  • Liaise and Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve collaborative outcomes
  • Ensure data integrity by effectively managing reporting and receipting of transactions
  • Handling complex and extensive claim cases.

About You:


  • You will have experience in accounts, finance, insurance, or a relevant field
  • You have experience using SAP or a similar software
  • You will have excellent communication skills to ensure optimal delivery.
  • You will be flexible and responsive to a highly dynamic workplace.
