    Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Solutions Specialist to join our team. The Senior Solutions Specialist will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to clients, identifying and analyzing client needs, and developing and implementing solutions to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and a passion for problem-solving.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with clients to identify and analyze their business needs and requirements
    • Develop and implement customized solutions to meet client needs
    • Provide technical expertise and support to clients throughout the implementation process
    • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients
    • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
    • 5+ years of experience in a technical solutions role
    • Strong technical background with experience in ERP implementation (specifically MS Dynamics Business Central)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
