We are looking for experienced Female Support Workers who are enthusiastic about providing a caring, compassionate, respectful and high-quality service in Aged Care.

Our priority is to help our clients live empowered and independently at the care center/home and also improve their social lives, making them feel like they belong and are part of society.


Our program delivers in the centre/home support services to our customers to help them live independently, supported and empowered, within their own homes and communities.


What does your new role look like?

  • Providing support to clients with domestic assistance duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Experienced care workers assist customers with personal care support including, showering, toileting, feeding assistance and help with transportation to appointments, shopping and social outings
  • Building and maintaining strong and effective relationships with clients and their families
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our customers safe
  • Reporting any issues or changes in the customer's health and wellbeing through the appropriate channels and protocols

About You

  • Minimum 2 year or above experience is required for this role
  • Holding Certificate III/IV in Individual Support/Ageing Support
  • Valid WWCC (working with children check)
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module (preferred)
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (preferred)
  • Valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Covid19 Vaccination Cert
  • Applicants at the time of their interview will be required to provide
    two professional references.
