Key Activity and Initiatives

1.


Digital Strategy:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that incorporate emerging technologies and trends in the digital landscape;

2.

New Technology Adoption:
Stay updated on the latest technologies, tools, and platforms in marketing and identify opportunities to implement them effectively.


3.

Content Creation:

Create and manage content that resonates with the target audience, including multimedia content, webinars, and interactive experiences in an engaging format.

4.

SEO and SEM:

Optimize the company's online presence through search engine optimisation (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) to increase visibility and drive organic and paid traffic.

5.

Data Analysis:

Utilize data analytics tools to monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve results.

6.

Website management:
Oversee the clients' websites, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimised to grow intended audiences.


7.


Social Media:

Develop and execute strategies to build a strong online presence and engage with the audience on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Linkedln, and emerging platforms.

Emerging Technologies:

Explore and implement emerging technologies such as AI, AR,VR, chatbots, and automation to enhance user experiences and marketing efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree in Marketing or communications;
• Proven experience (2 years+) in digital marketing is preferred;
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail;
• Proficient knowledge of SEO and content marketing;
• Proficient knowledge of Wordpress;
• Proficient knowledge of reporting suites such as Google Analytics, Search Concole, SEO reporting tools, Looker Studio;
• Analytical skills to assist in reporting and capturing insights from digital marketing efforts;
• Strong organisational and time management skills;
• Can speak, read and write in Chinese is desirable.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 24-38 per week


Salary:
$60, $80,000.00 per year


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sydney, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
