Come join our Front Office team
You will be the face of this very dynamic hotel and responsible for all guest interactions, queries and requests that come through the reception desk.
The successful applicant will assist the Manager on Duty in ensuring a smooth and seamless front office operation and exceptional guest experience in such a transient location.
We need you to be passionate about what you do, willing to give it your all and have a strong work ethic.
We also need you to be available and willing to work a rotating roster of morning, evening and overnight shifts if required.
Qualifications
- Experience with Opera essential
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- A friendly and positive cando attitude who enjoys working in a team
- Excellent grooming and presentation standards
- A passion for the hospitality industry with a drive to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
- The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends
