About the role


The Regional & Agribusiness QLD team is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Relationship Associate (RA) to join their team in Toowoomba.

The RA will be responsible for providing servicing support to customers and Relationship Managers across Toowoomba Regional & Agri to deliver exceptional customer service and to allow Bankers to focus on developing, growing and deepening customer relationships.


Responsibilities include:


  • Support Bankers to complete customer servicing tasks and maximise utilisation of value chain
  • Be the primary point of contact for customers servicing enquiries and drive the NPS for the portfolios
  • Case manage service tasks with contact point accountability for any matters required to progress customer request/enquiries though the value chain to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
  • Support the digital adoption by customers of digital channels including education of customers to transition to selfservicing channels
  • Champion the Centre of Excellence model for on boarding new to bank customers and completion of KYC requirements including accountability for quality and time to cash metrics
  • Engagement with specialists and bankers to support specialist needs for customer

About you:


  • You'll bring a breadth of experience in nurturing relationships through previous support roles, ideally within business bank and within a regional community
  • You'll leverage from your understanding of KYC onboarding compliance requirements
  • You'll draw from your knowledge and understanding of digital platforms and customer self service channels
