About the business and the role


Bright Early Learning Centre is a purpose built long day care service commenced in Feb 2015, catering for children from 0 - 5 years.

We take pride in providing high quality education and care to children and has beed awarded exceeding rating in the recent RA exercise.


We are seeking for highly motivated educators who have the passion and commitment to lead and educate young children, helping them grow and develop into their full potential.


We constantly challenge and review our practices to reflect up to date research and ensure we continue offering top quality care and education to young children.


You will be given plenty of opportunities for internal and external trainings to equip and extend your professional skills to cope with rising challenges from parents as well as industry as a whole.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Lead Educator

  • Plan and implement a sound early learning program that meets the prescribed goals and EYLF outcomes
  • Partner with families and educators to ensure best practices are adopted in teaching and training young children
  • Creative, flexible and able to multitask to lead and engage children's learning
  • Direct the assistant educators and students to work as a team in delivering an effective program
  • Work with the director and assistant director to ensure all policies and procedures are adhered
  • Engage with the educational leader in meeting program expectation and goals

Skills and experience

Lead Educator

  • Qualification: Diploma in Children's Services or above
  • Minimal 2 years full time experience in the same role
  • Experienced in planning for an effective program for young children
  • Leadership skill to supervise assistant educators and students
  • Familiar with Children's Services Regulations, policies and procedures
  • Interpersonal skills in relating to families, children and educators
  • Current First Aid training
