Our signature restaurant, Miss Mi, provides a taste journey through South East Asia.

From the lanes and alleys of Shanghai to the markets of Bangkok, Miss Mi embraces the new while honouring the past - creating a multi-sensory and atmospheric dining experience.


As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will join our leadership team and assist in the smooth operation of our F&B outlets.

Your food and beverage knowledge is unrivalled. You are passionate, knowledgeable and have built your reputation on delivering exceptional experiences - leading from the front.

With a focus on building a culture of intuitive service that creates special moments for all guests, you will be part of a F&B team that delivers exceptional bar service; a refined a la carte lunch, dinner and room service; as well as an extraordinary 'Miss Mi' breakfast experience.


Job Description:


What we're looking for:

  • An unbridled passion for food and a love of sharing your 'food stories' with our patrons. Experience and knowledge of South East Asia cuisine preferred.
  • The ability to understand and cater to the nature of hospitality shift works where you will experience the buzzing mornings and the lively evenings, across weekends or special events when needed.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams, your lead by example approach will be infectious.
  • The ability to coordinate and manage the day to day F&B operations whilst leading and inspiring the team to enhance the guest experience every guest, every interaction, every day.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Be a calming influence in the midst of a fastpaced environment, with the ability to sustain and drive positive team morale creating a culture that people want to be part of.
  • Have the necessary skill to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers.
  • Provide guidance, support training and leadership to all team members.
  • Be a progressive, creative professional who remains pragmatic and focused in an everchanging environment.
  • A team player with the ability to assist in all areas of F&B operations during peak times
  • Must have RSA certificate.
