About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Technology Operations - you will be responsible for the development of service management capability in a business-critical portfolio of services.

The key focus of this role is to lead, advise and implement key areas within service design and operations.

You will have the opportunity to work across key areas of service delivery and will enjoy the variety that this role presents.


Key responsibilities include

  • Service level management, capacity management, availability management, information security management and supplier management.
  • Develop and maintain jointly the ITIL principles and standards
  • Risk management functions such as control assessments are completed within their desired timeframe.
  • Collaborate with other technology staff to ensure documented processes are being adhered to as well as having an ongoing development and commitment to the improvement of processes.
  • Performance management monitor, evaluate and report on key areas of responsibility.
  • Ensure there is strong communication between the key stakeholders of the business.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will be a self-motivated individual working within a small team and be able to flourish in a high-volume environment.

5 years of experience in the broad range of IT service management and ITIL disciplines is essential. Experience in designing, building, and maintaining frameworks and policies will be regarded favorably.

It is desired that you have prior involvement in an Australian mortgage industry and have experience in leadership and management.
