Westfield Parramatta is a major shopping center located in Sydney's second city, 30 kilometers west of the CBD.

It is strategically positioned in the heart of Greater Sydney and home to over 420 specialty stores, including well-known business partners such as David Jones, Myer, Kmart, Target, Coles, and Woolworths.

In addition, there is an Event Cinemas complex on-site, and the recent $33 million investment introduced a new full-line Coles and a new fresh food precinct.


Your opportunity


We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a
Retail Manager who is passionate about customer satisfaction to join our team at
Westfield Parramatta .

This role requires someone who can take charge of the relationship with our retail partners, support their success, drive results, and advocate for their needs.


As the voice of the customer and the living centre's eyes and ears, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding experiences every day by prioritizing the customer's needs.

Reporting to the Centre Manager, this position offers the chance to make a significant impact on the customer experience and drive our team's success.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to customer and retailerfocused activities that cover the daytoday management and operations of the Centre and excellent everyday presentation
  • Building strong relationships with Centre retail staff, customers and community stakeholders
  • Identifying areas of strategic opportunity in relation to retailers and customers, creating short and longterm roadmaps that contributes to improved retailer and Centre performance
  • Acting as a change advocate, initiating and supporting new programs that impact the retailer and customer experience and overall business performance
  • Resolving issues and influencing internal stakeholders to deliver the best business outcomes
  • Dealing with Centre incidents and emergencies in accordance with company procedures
  • Willingness to act as Duty Manager from time to time on a rotating roster with the rest of the Centre Management Leadership Team


As a member of our asset team, you will also be responsible for Duty Management duties from time to time, which will require you to work a weekend shift on a rotational basis.

However, you will receive a day off in lieu to balance this out
.
