    Alpha Omega Management Consulting t/as Alpha Omega Aged Care and Disability Services is a customer focused registered NDIS and HCP service provider, currently headquartered in Sydney providing care services to NSW, Victoria, Queensland and South Australia. We pride ourselves on being personalised, compassionate, and ethical when caring for your loved ones.

    We currently recruit a part time Cantonese & Mandarin speaking administration officer (3 days per week) in our Cabramatta Office, NSW 2166.

    Responsibilities:

    • Data entry for client profiles on Visual Care to ensure that the data is up to date and accurate.
    • Monitoring the client compliance checks.
    • Responsible for record keeping for all client-related records .
    • Assisting in NDIS Day and School Holiday Programs as needed.
    • Providing the client service scheduling tasks when required.
    • Collect client intake data.
    • Assist the NDIS team in administrative tasks.
    • Liaison with other departments in relation to administration tasks as required.
    • Attend company training and enroll and complete NDIS-related
      training courses as required.
    • Assist in the organization of company-wide events as required.

    Selection Criteria
    • Excellent spoken and written both Mandarin & Cantonese skills is a must.
    • Relevant vocational qualifications in business administration, or community services
    • Excellent communication with different stakeholders to deliver services to clients.
    • Have knowledge in the NDIS industry is desirable.
    • A self-starter, self-motivated person who can work independently but also within a team.
    • IT & computer savvy, with ability to use Google Workspace and other software applications.
    • A positive attitude to go the extra mile and an ability to work and interact with staff of all levels and display a high level of service orientation.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to result-orientation.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Organisational and time management skills.
